About the event

If you're struggling to sleep, feeling anxious, exhausted, lonely, sad, stressed, drained or down, then this nourishing yoga retreat is for you. A gentle, soulful yoga practice to restore, refresh and rebalance you from the inside out.

Suggested donation £12.50 per household.

  • Two yoga practices to help you feel stable and supported to reassure your nervous system
  • Breathing practices to comfort and soothe mind and body
  • Deep yoga nidra relaxation to help you slow down and unwind, preparing you for a good night's sleep

There will be a screen break half way with optional activities to refresh your outlook and focus.

I encourage you to make this a whole day of taking care of yourself. Slow down and choose activities and food that support your wellbeing. You can share your ideas too - by email, chat or talking in person before the session.
