If you're struggling to sleep, feeling anxious, exhausted, lonely, sad, stressed, drained or down, then this nourishing yoga retreat is for you. A gentle, soulful yoga practice to restore, refresh and rebalance you from the inside out.
Suggested donation £12.50 per household.
Two yoga practices to help you feel stable and supported to reassure your nervous system
Breathing practices to comfort and soothe mind and body
Deep yoga nidra relaxation to help you slow down and unwind, preparing you for a good night's sleep
There will be a screen break half way with optional activities to refresh your outlook and focus.
