Hypnobirthing® sessions for individual couples

Four sessions for three hours a week. Sessions are usually held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Saturday mornings in the comfort of your own home.
Cost per couple for a four week course is £325 and includes practice cd and book.

Birth Hypnotherapy sessions for individual couples

You're welcome to choose how many sessions you'd like, however I recommend at least two hypnosis for birth sessions to cover the main techniques. Sessions are usually held on Tuesday, Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings in the comfort of your own home.
One Hour Session £60

Group Hypnobirthing® course

A cheaper way to take the full Hypnobirthing® course, though numbers are still strictly limited to help you to get the most benefit. I take only three to five couples in each session and courses run throughout the year. The next course is due in October 2010 - contact me if you would like to reserve a space.
Cost per couple for a four week course is £250 and includes practice cd and book.
