Baby Yoga and Postnatal Yoga
For mums and babies to enjoy together, from 10.30am for babies from 8 weeks to confident crawling. Classes cost £4.50 pay as you go, or you can buy four classes at £14. I will just tick them off as you come along, no need for them to be consecutive.

The class helps mums to release tension and find space to relax, the activity songs and rhymes encourage baby's development of strength, co-ordination and communication skills.  Plus, you'll both have fun and make new friends along the way.

Yoga for Pregnancy
At 9.30am there's a class for grown ups. Pregnancy yoga is tailor-made to ease you through your pregnancy as well as provide practical tools - like birthing positions and breathing practices - for a more comfortable labour and birth.

There's plenty of (metered) parking around the hall, remember to bring some change. It's easy to reach from surrounding Warwickshire villages - Long Lawford, Newbold, Bilton, Dunchurch, Newton, Clifton Upon Dunsmore, Harborough Magna, Easenhall and Draycott
