Taking just half an hour to relax completely can be a kind of 'reset button' for your system. Make a space, take a rest, let go. Sleep better, release tension, take a relaxation class.

In this class we spend a few minutes making some slow, flowing movements in time with your breath. A breathing practice helps to relax and refresh mind and body. Finally a guided relaxation unwinds tension, easing away stress. All that in around half an hour, leaving you plenty of time free to enjoy your relaxed state for the rest of the evening, before a good night's sleep.

This class is great if you're short on time, or money, or both. It's not a traditional yoga practice - pure and simply it's just taking some time to unwind.
