In Dynamic Flow Yoga posture flows gracefully into posture, co-ordinating body, breath and movement into a deeper, more energetic class than Wellbeing Yoga. The emphasis shifts to building strength, stamina and flexibility in equal measure. There's a rhythm to the practice, balancing stillness with movement as a kind of meditation in action. Like water, the practice is both soft and yielding, yet at the same time powerful and challenging. |
