Wellbeing Yoga is a gentle, relaxing and therapeutic class, using postures and breathing to unwind tension and release stress. The practice is adapted to suit your own individual needs - so it's beneficial for everyone of any age or experience. You can find out how yoga can ease everyday conditions like back pain, anxiety, arthritis, insomnia and high blood pressure. Students tell me that they sleep more deeply after yoga class. Simple stretches release muscular tension and gently build strength from within. Straightforward breathing practices calm, relax and focus the mind. And finally we relax completely. Make some space.
