Wellbeing Yoga - gentle, relaxing - just perfect to unwind stress. This style of yoga is therapeutic for issues like back problems and high blood pressure.

Dynamic Flow Yoga - a more energetic fluid practice which flows posture into posture.

Introduction to Meditation - a course for complete beginners.

Relax and Unwind - take half an hour out after a busy day to release tension with this easy relaxation session.

Classes are taught as a ten or eleven week course and follow a theme. Each class prepares you for the next,giving a sense of achievement as you progress through the term. However, it doesn't matter if you miss a class (you can always do two another week), or if you'd like to 'pay as you go' rather than commit to the term.

All of my adult classes are in the small hall at Sketchley Primary School (LE10 2DY for your satnav) just five minutes from the A5/M69 junction and it's really easy to find.
